I showed up for my first appointment at this Eye Care Center and received a ""Who are you????"" from the receptionist behind the desk. When she could not find me in the computer, rather than ask if I wanted to schedule a new appointment, she simply repeated, ""You're not in our computer."" I was very surprised that even though I explained what had occurred (made an appointment with one of their optometrists at the number on their website), I was not offered an opportunity to reschedule to correct the error. So I've taken my business elsewhere.
