I showed up for my first appointment at this Eye Care Center and received a ""Who are you????"" from the receptionist behind the desk. When she could not find me in the computer, rather than ask if I wanted to schedule a new appointment, she simply repeated, ""You're not in our computer."" I was very surprised that even though I explained what had occurred (made an appointment with one of their optometrists at the number on their website), I was not offered an opportunity to reschedule to correct the error. So I've taken my business elsewhere. more

What a wonderful selection, fantastic service! For the first time I felt like i got a super deal. I have fold all my friends and family many who travel from Boston and New Hampshire because of the attention and care they receive. One of the cleanest stores i have ever sat in. The staff has many years experience and can give what i felt was the most precise eye exam ever! They are well connected with some of the top eye experts in all of New England. Thank you Eye care of Hudson , my mother can actually read again from your attention to detail that other stores and Doctors were unable to resolve. more

Are you kidding me??? 4/7/2009

I moved from Hudson to the Worcester area nearly 10 years ago...and I still make the drive out to the Eye Care Center of Hudson. I have tried several other centers, but none even come close to the quality of care and service I get at the Eye Care Center. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and professional optical center. Pros: Excellent care & customer service Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

Great EyePlace 12/27/2007

This place is amazing! All the people were so nice and the service was quick. No waiting for the doctor and they treated me as if I was a very important costumer. The glasses I got were great and the perscription seemed right on! The receptionists were extremely cute and the two guys that helped me with the glasses were very friendly. Also I broke my glasses and they fixed them that day! These poeple are great and really go the extra mile for their customers! I highly recommened this place. Pros: everything Cons: that i can not go there everyday more

Poor quality of care, inconsistent diagnosis 11/6/2007

Inconsistent diagnosis given by different doctors as to the type of contact lenses I needed. I made repeat visits to get the correct prescription on the eye glasses I purchased. They did not give a complete eye exam as they did not dialate the eyes. Technical staff very helpful in the fitting of eye glasses and in helping you choose the right style glasses. O.k. constomer service at the desk, polite and helpful but not friendly. more

Avoid 10/30/2007

I would not recomend this center to anyone. I found the person behind the desk rude, unwelcoming, and uninvolved with myself and any other patient that came in. I found the doctor unhelpful and unclear. I also was charged for a full exam even though i did not receive dilation - they claimed they had one price no matter if you got dilation or not. Since i received unsatisfactory care, i opted to have another exam at a different center on my own dime. more
