PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!! They came out after the first company absolutely did nothing to fix the fridge. I told the tech, Jeff, about all the issues we had with the first guy that came out. He agreed to everything my wife and I said to him. He made himself and the company very easy to trust. They promised to be out the next Wednesday to fix the issue. I did not hear from them until Friday when I called thru the manufacturing company. They said they did not recall the promised date to fix the issue. After that, I called the next week, no answer at office or the techs phone. Once he finally answered, he proceeded to tell me that everyone at the office was sick and his phone was broke. We tried for several weeks to get in touch with them. My wife texted Jeff letting him know our displeasure in there professionalism and customer service, telling them it had been a month and it is time for them to figure it out. He then texted back cussing my wife. This is the worst place anyone can turn to. Needless to say, Jeff needs punched in the mouth. But, very rude, disrespectful, and horrible service!
