I have been a loyal shopper at High Cotton since Jill opened her business. She has beautiful and quality inventory. I have never seen Jill be rude to a customer nor any of her associates. If your children have run through her shop and she has asked them to stop - where were you to discipline them?? If you used a product for months and then wanted a return, how can that be fair. In my opinion, maybe there is one disgruntled customer who has nothing more to do than post negative comments under various names. If it were me and I did not know the staff, I'd just have to pay a visit to check it out. You will have their undivided attention and want you to be satisfied with your purchases. I'm a very happy shopper - think I'll go there today!!!
