Managing my own property was a nightmare. I bit off more than I could chew. I ended up with terrible tenants and tremendous damage to my property. I called the TMS office and was so impressed with them and the level of service their company offers, that I signed up immediately. Now I have an excellent tenant instead of late fees, damages, attorney costs, etc. I avoided future heartache with TMS and I thank them very much.
