Managing my own property was a nightmare. I bit off more than I could chew. I ended up with terrible tenants and tremendous damage to my property. I called the TMS office and was so impressed with them and the level of service their company offers, that I signed up immediately. Now I have an excellent tenant instead of late fees, damages, attorney costs, etc. I avoided future heartache with TMS and I thank them very much. more

Just moved into a property by TMS and it is great. Everyone at the property management office was fantastic and went out of their way to get an apartment turned around for me on short notice. Magazine, pool, good management. What more can you ask for. more

There are property managers and then there are great property managers. TMS is the latter. They respond to my concerns and questions just like I matter and they are working for me. The home is well taken care of and rarely vacant if at all. more

If you're interested in one of their homes by all means give them a call. They are great, and I would have no issues recommending them to people looking to rent a nice clean home. Our garage door slipped off the track and I left a message with the maintenance. LESS THAN AN HOUR LATER he was at our front door and ready to look at the door. Even though he was unable to fix the problem he had an appointment set up for a garage door repair company to fix it THE SAME DAY! more
