There was no intent to have an unhappy client, We have been in business here for over 20yrs,, and have many letters from very pleased clients who took the time to write and tell us how good the work done by C.F.Arends & Co. was, We get much of our work from referrals, & that would not be possible with shoddy workmanship that this client claims he received.\r
There are two sides to every story, & you have only his to make a judgement. I think C.F.Arends & Co.'s reputation speaks for itself; we would not have lasted in business had we conducted work in the manner this client has claimed. He could not be pleased, he was impossible to satisfy no matter how much was done to do so. \r
