There was no intent to have an unhappy client?!?!? Where should I begin?? Maybe had Mr. Arends shown up on the jobsite more than 1/2 dozen times in 4 months he could have possibly rectified some of his construction defects. When he abandoned the project after we refused to give him his final payment prior to finishing the building, I would say there really was no attempt to make the client happy Mrs. Arends. PS. Your attempt to remove these reviews by ""closing"" the business doesn't seem to be working. It is our intent that this misfortune should not befall another unsuspecting trusting individual. more

C.F. Arends & Co.did everything possible to please the client herein known as Rhoo B. There was no intent to have an unhappy client, We have been in business here for over 20yrs,, and have many letters from very pleased clients who took the time to write and tell us how good the work done by C.F.Arends & Co. was, We get much of our work from referrals, & that would not be possible with shoddy workmanship that this client claims he received.\r There are two sides to every story, & you have only his to make a judgement. I think C.F.Arends & Co.'s reputation speaks for itself; we would not have lasted in business had we conducted work in the manner this client has claimed. My wife and I hired C F Arends and Co to build our new barnominium. The quality of his work is far below industry standards. As well he demanded that we pay his suppliers prior to completion of the project. When we refused he walked off the job leaving us to find another contractor to finish the project. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! more
