HORRIBLE. We had them out to do a routine root clean-out, as we live in an old house that gets occasional blockages... They spent an hour and a half (at weekend rates) to do what is usually about a 30 minute job, and my husband, who was out in the back with them the whole time, had to keep helping them and giving them various items, as they had NOT BROUGHT the proper equipment, even though they knew ahead of time exactly what the job was. My husband called the company to complain after the plumbers left, and he was promised a refund for the extra half hour. When I went to pick it up, however, the owner, who was DRUNK, initially claimed ignorance of the whole thing, then said we were supposed to be getting a ""certificate"" to be applied to future work, then went back to acting like he knew nothing at all about the entire situation.
