George Patrick's Plumbing

my name is matthew and I use to work for George Patricks Plumbing and I can personally tell you this is a great company to do business with. The technicians know what they are doing well experienced and up to date with the latest technology. with new changes in parts and equipment comes new challenges, and as a technician my self there are a lot of opsticals to diagnose, find the problem, handle each customer with care and clarity, and resolve each opstical all in a 8 sometimes 10 hour day with several customers. But in the end the job always gets done. with the owners high expectations from his crew who represent the company no one will be left high and dry. I once did a call for a sewer stoppage where the customer only could afford $50.00 and the job was almost $147.50 because we had to dig a hole to get to main line, there was no clean out or other access and the boss not only did it for $50.00 but we gave him a discount card in case he needed us again. many times the company helped people out who where on a low income. so its not only about money but pride in helping others with there plumbing and HVAC issues at a time of need. obviously you cant please everyone but I guarantee George patricks plumbing will do all in his power to make you satisfied. and to the other post for the record this business has been around for a long time. thanks more

We have used George Patrick's Plumbing for several years now and have never had any problems. They came to my house today to repair a drain leak between the floors of our house. The person doing the work told me exactly what he was going to do before starting because it entailed cutting a hole in my kitchen ceiling (which I had anticipated). He found the problem quickly and then had me look for myself to see the problem. Once the problem was fixed, he even cleaned up the mess that was made from cutting the ceiling, including disposal of the dirty, moldy insulation that he pulled out of the hole and sweeping the floor. I was expecting this to be a big job that would take much longer than it did, be a lot messier than it was and cost a lot more than it did. I am extremely happy with the service that George Patrick's Plumbing provides. The numerous people that have come to fix things over the years have always been very helpful and kept us informed of what they were doing. I hope more people who have had good experiences will take the time to write a positive review. It's a lot easier to say nothing when everything goes right, so then when people look for a good plumber, they only read the bad reviews. more

HORRIBLE. We had them out to do a routine root clean-out, as we live in an old house that gets occasional blockages... They spent an hour and a half (at weekend rates) to do what is usually about a 30 minute job, and my husband, who was out in the back with them the whole time, had to keep helping them and giving them various items, as they had NOT BROUGHT the proper equipment, even though they knew ahead of time exactly what the job was. My husband called the company to complain after the plumbers left, and he was promised a refund for the extra half hour. When I went to pick it up, however, the owner, who was DRUNK, initially claimed ignorance of the whole thing, then said we were supposed to be getting a ""certificate"" to be applied to future work, then went back to acting like he knew nothing at all about the entire situation. more

this business is a fraud if I ever seen 1!! I pay them to do a job and they said they would be back and never came back.So I ask for my money back and the guy hung the phone up in my face""now I will be filing it in the courts! came out and didn't do anything. the worker came and said well"" I will do the job on the side. so that further let me know that this business isn't legitimate if the worker is trying to do side jobs.but im going to take their ass's to court over my money.the guy can't even talk to me on the phone because he knows they have wrong a costumer!\r doesn't recommend at all!! they don't know what they are doing! I will be reporting them to the better business bearue more

I had them out to replace a minor leak in the drain line under the house. They drove up in a huge van but it had no parts or flashlights. I should have sent them packing when they asked to borrow a flashlight. I showed them a picture of the leak and exactly where it was. They said they didn't have the parts on the truck but would be right back. Two hours later they came back and had it repaired within one hour. They charged me for the two hours they were gone and a 350% markup on the part. So for a $30 part and 1 hour of labor they gave me a bill for $550. Never again! more
