Yes, I do remember this appointment because I was taking the cleaning crew with me. Once again we do apologize for our late arrival that day. It was a day packed with appointments back to back with no more than 15 minutes for travel time. What also built up the delay in our estimated arrival time and the actual time was our compromise to not leave any house until every client is fully satisfied. Plus the additional traffic created because it was a day before July 4th, and all the roads were blocked with traffic. Protecting the safety of other people driving home or going away on vacation is of our safety priorities. I'm not excusing our company since this is something we should have taken into account before booking all our clients. This is something we have learned and have taken action into creating enough time between appointments. We value your feedback and understand you 100%.
