I had an appointment for 4pm today. It is now 5:23pm and STILL nobody has arrived or even reached out to clarify what's going on. I've called the Saddlebook office number more than 10 times, and nobody picked up even once. This is terrible customer service, and I am severely disappointed in your business. I hope somebody gets back to me soon about this unbelievable lack of professionalism. more
