Been a customer for years, rarely is repair done right history shows. When questioned about fair pricing owner thinks its fair to charge for time not needed instead of time actually spent on repair. I feel that their is a dishonest approach for " Good Business " At $75.00 per hour you should ownly have to pay for actual time. Just my opinion. Greed indeed. Because of my point of view , I was asked to go elsewhere . My opinion was shared with Frank Sanchez ,owner......who told me that he would call me back in a half hour . A day later he had a service writer give me call and told me what Frank's wishes were for me to go elsewhere for my repairs. Frank, never kept his word about calling me back. To busy to keep his word or show some respect....Frank shows little respect, He'll get little respect. more
