Bostech has very bad customer service. The company staff who handles the bookings and receive phone calls were not courteous at all. They were called on a holiday and we paid the overtime, however the ac was not fixed as they did not send the tech with appropriate parts. They came back the next day giving a 4 hour window and still they were late. Nobody called to apologise for the delay and when I called, it was like we are sorry but there is nothing we can do about it. They do not take the customers time and health into consideration at all. They would not even provide any discounts for the inconvenience caused to the customer.
