Now I understand all your frustrations. I have been calling for 2 weeks to get an estimate. I waited all day on a Saturday and they never came and never followed up. I called and spoke to someone (never leave a message or send info online, they do not answer) who said they would come again and 2 more no shows. \r

Cheap Charlies is obviously cheap, hence the name, but you get what you pay for. Zero customer service and lots of frustration and wasted time. I will not use them again because I don't have time to sit around and wait for them. \r

Great Job and Cheap! I read all the negative reviews and had to write a good one because people run to complain, but not to praise. \r

PROS\r
1. Cheap Charlie's was much cheaper than anyone else. \r
2. He gave a quote quickly and came within the same week.\r
3. The crew was great and cleaned up my entire yard. (Note: Offer some water or a drink or something, these guys work their tails off and they really appreciated it). \r
4. Professional - they knew exactly what they were doing and did it quickly. 4 trees in under 2 hours. \r

1. Hard to get on the phone, it is annoying that I always got the machine, but they did get back to me. (I would have loved to reach them via email to confirm everything).\r

Overall - This was the best and cheapest service around. Charlie even came to the job to make sure it was done right and gave suggestions on how to maintain my yard! I was very pleased. \r
