Last April Arnold installed a new bath tub faucet in my rental house. They installed the shutoff valves in the wall where they couldn't be accessed after the wall was finished. They would not work with me to move the valves into the basement where they could be accessed when needed. I paid someone else $100.00 to reposition the valves. The management was very rude and uncooperative. I have posted my complaint through BBB on their Facebook page. They post these supposed good reviews on Facebook but this one is for real.

We are extremely displeased by any negative review at Arnold & Sons, we pride ourselves on happy customers. Reviews help guide potential customers to our business. We would like to clear the air with you. The shutoff valves were placed in the wall because the two elderly women living in the house could not go without water for a prolonged period of time. The shutoff valves become negligible once the wall is repaired, but aren't needed because there are other water shutoffs to the house. We installed the shut off valves in the wall out of pure convenience for the occupants in the home. Since you were not on site during the installation, we had to make a judgement call.
