I was very pleased with the flooring I got from David's Abbey Carpet and Floor. We picked them because they were based in the Knoxville area, and we wanted to support their business. They offered good choices for carpeting to choose from, and I thought the salesperson, Ellie Rogers, was attentive and worked well with the requirements that I had. The installers came in about the time they said they would. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was rainy that day, and they were concerned that the laminate wouldn't sit well, but they worked on it, and it seems to be doing great. We were pleased with the final outcome, and it matched what we had in mind exactly. Glad to support the great, local businesses in our area!
