Arrived on time and ready to go. Inspected all the basement pipes by loosening pipe insulation wrap. In addition to the one leak I called about, he discovered 3 or 4 additional leaks in my pipes. He took me through the process and showed me the incorrect work done by the previous homeowner and gave me a few different repair options. Work was neat and exceeded my expectations with extra shut off valves to deal with any unforeseen future leaks. In addition, while replacing pipes, corrected the shut off valve for lower bathroom by bringing the pipe height to the correct height so the water can now be shut off to the toilet for repair or replacement. Another previous mistake from previous homeowner. It was a nice surprise to find this corrected issue without even asking. This is my fourth experience with them and I have been satisfied each time.
