Unbelievably bad service! Waited weeks and weeks to hear an estimate for repairs. I finally gave up and called and found out the estimate was completed. I asked why they never called me and they said ""oh we just finished the estimate yesterday""...well imagine that! The estimate was more than I was able to pay so I asked them to just order the parts and I'll do the work myself. I waited 9 days for the call that the parts had arrived and finally called service, service transferred me to parts, parts put me on hold a couple times and then said they would have to call me back...an hour later no call! Finally just loaded up my trailer and went down to get my riding mower back. I was told that the parts were never ordered and sorry but the paperwork must have just fallen into a black hole...2 months without a mower, during the summer and I have it back in the same condition as I sent it in without even parts to fix it. I guess no competition in a small town breeds laziness and incompetence! I will never return to Sumner Tractor and Equipment.
