Unbelievably bad service! Waited weeks and weeks to hear an estimate for repairs. I finally gave up and called and found out the estimate was completed. I asked why they never called me and they said ""oh we just finished the estimate yesterday""...well imagine that! The estimate was more than I was able to pay so I asked them to just order the parts and I'll do the work myself. I waited 9 days for the call that the parts had arrived and finally called service, service transferred me to parts, parts put me on hold a couple times and then said they would have to call me back...an hour later no call! Finally just loaded up my trailer and went down to get my riding mower back. I was told that the parts were never ordered and sorry but the paperwork must have just fallen into a black hole...2 months without a mower, during the summer and I have it back in the same condition as I sent it in without even parts to fix it. I guess no competition in a small town breeds laziness and incompetence! I will never return to Sumner Tractor and Equipment. more

Horrible customer service. My machine has less than 65 hrs on it and its been in the shop 5 times and out of service for more than 2 weeks on most visits. Managers service managers have no communication skills. For instance, they lie about when service will be completed and upon showing, it gets delayed further. I could go on but it would take forever to explain how bad of a business they run. Avoid at all costs...go to Home Depot instead. more

bought my tractor there because they said they have great custuner sevice. this could not be any way near the truth. they cant find my name anywhere. told me they don't make that model and said i bought it somewhere else or from someone. after finding all my paperwork and bringing it in they said. OH MY BAD!!!! what is this and still was very rude. a big waste oh my time and MONEY. GOOD LUCK more

I have an older John Deere Garden Tractor and I have to maintain it. Home Depot may sell the new ones, but don't look for parts there. I just order a bunch of parts and the phone help was , once again, extremely knowlegeable and friendly. Plus, Lester offered to get the parts out tonight (and it is 4pm as I type). Since my local Deere dealer is no longer a dealer, I have come to rely on Sumner/Washington Tractor once or twice a year. A five star rating is novel for me. more

Will never shop there again, was talked down to, told to call next time because the price of gas is probobly an issue for me. Looking for a part for a lawnmower, employees were not helpfull at all. more
