Unless you bought your equipment there you will get no help. The owner is abrasive , be prepared to be insulted. Parts are double retail, service fees are ridiculous, you can buy a new machine for what they'll charge for a tune up. Thank goodness there are other choices, this place should have disappeared years ago. I've never met anyone who said anything good about this place.
