I'm not usually one to complain, but Wind Service lacks completely in service. My largest problem with them is they will NOT tell you, even a time window until the morning of the appointment! Which essentially means you have to take the entire day off work to wait for them. Even the cable company doesn't do that anymore! I know they must know who they are seeing before 8am. I was told by an employee that it is more efficient for them to plan their route this way. I'm sure it is, but it is horribly INEFFICIENT for customer. \r
My second problem is that they showed up to install a replacement cook-top, but failed to bring the proper materials to do it. Now I have to wait for another appointment and another day off of work for them to plan their efficient route.
