Rented from Cole Mgmt. (1626 Main, Lafayette) last school year. The place was cool (older style / not cookie cutter look, but updated). I had no real issues. Rented the place because rent was reasonable and location was great. Like them. I've rented a lot around campus and some places are good, some bad.
