Cons at work. Recently had a new A/C unit put in my house since last one quit working. What a mistake by having Soderlin put the system in. Along with the expensive price - now have air flow problems and duct work leaking water after installation. Instead of Soderlin coming up with a solution to the problem, they keep saying everything is working fine. I've owned the house for 8 years and have never had duct work leaking water and ruining my ceiling tile. In addition the 4th level is not being cooled effectively. The owner Jason said there's nothing they can do and will not do anything. I've since called another company to fix the problem Soderlin refused to fix. If you want a company that will take your money but not take responsibility for problems afterwards definitely call Soderlin. In addition for the technician Jeff to confirm lack of air flow to 4th level and failure to acknowledge the water on duct work is mind blowing. The Better Business Bureau and Angie's List have been notified. Payne the A/C company has been notified to the type of work Soderlin provides to there customers. $3800 mistake hopefully no one else goes through.
