This business required a cc number to schedule a service call. The repair service man arrived 8 hours later, refused to move the refrigerator away from the wall and told me he would come back when my husband got it moved out and booked to his next appointment. He also told me the refrigerator was old and needed to be replaced WITHOUT LOOKING AT IT!!! My husband pulled the refrigerator out and I called the company back to reschedule. ""Can't get there til Monday"", Melissa says. I ask for a refund of my service call fee and she screamed at me that she sent someone out and it wasn't her fault my refrigerator was old. Extraordinarily bad customer service from the phone to the service technician. The owner refused to back down on the request to refund my service call. Don't recommend for anything other than an opportunity to throw away your money and be without your appliance repaired. Turns out the coils just needed to be cleaned.
