The space at Main Street Self Storage on Orange is beautiful, but the staff is not well-trained to run the office. They were disrespectful and sort of insulting to me as a customer. They acted like they were not impressed with my concerns and made me feel like I was guilty. They were not polite, except for one new girl that they only recently hired. I was going to rent a space there, but I changed my mind even before moving in because they didn't tell me at the beginning that they wanted me to have insurance on my RV. Their bookkeeping is inefficient. It took them three and a half months to refund me my payment, as I had to wait for a check from their corporate office. I will never do business with them or recommend them.
