I had to store some stuff at Main Street Self Storage when I was moving from my apartment. Their customer service was really good and I had no problems with them. more

I just started using Main Street Self Storage on Orange about a month ago to store my cars. It's been a pretty good experience. The staff is easy to work with. The facilities are accessible and secure. The location is awesome. I would highly recommend them because of their high level of professionalism. more

Nice people and secure unit. Could use after-hours assistance, though. 9/13/2013

I have a 5x15 unit at Main Street Self Storage on Orange. Because the facility is enclosed, the security is really good. The people are awesome, too. It's a clean, very unique storage area! There is one thing I have to say about it, and that's the fact that I had a problem with the front gate. It got jammed one time, but they had no emergency number available to call. I ended up having to call the police to come over and fix it. After hours, you can't call anybody. It's a maintenance number that just tells you to try back during the 9 - 5 business hours. There should be some type of contact number available to people for that. more

Allows us to keep our things safe. 8/29/2013

We've been with Main Street Self Storage for about a year and a half. We have a motor home stored outside there. They notified us with plenty of time to move it when they shifted the lot around, moving us to a new, fenced, more secure lot. We also have a tractor trailer that we parked in their indoor storage. We were able to keep it safe for several weeks while we went on vacation. more

Great Place To Store Your Stuff 8/17/2013

Moved here from 2,000 miles away. Dropped off U-Haul and rented storage space. No issues. Professional staff. Very polite. more

Nightmare to work with, terrible staff 8/16/2013

The space at Main Street Self Storage on Orange is beautiful, but the staff is not well-trained to run the office. They were disrespectful and sort of insulting to me as a customer. They acted like they were not impressed with my concerns and made me feel like I was guilty. They were not polite, except for one new girl that they only recently hired. I was going to rent a space there, but I changed my mind even before moving in because they didn't tell me at the beginning that they wanted me to have insurance on my RV. Their bookkeeping is inefficient. It took them three and a half months to refund me my payment, as I had to wait for a check from their corporate office. I will never do business with them or recommend them. more

Excellent 8/15/2013

iStorage is a great place to put your things. I've only been there for two or three months. Kind of hard to find a place bigger or more convenient.Great customer service and it's all gated and closed off. I never used the south storage area but I know people that have and they've had good luck with that. Temperature controlled as well. more

I had no choice but to use Main Street Self Storage on Orange. I have a dump truck that I had to shut down and I needed to put it somewhere and they're close to home. So I've only been there two months, but it's been going alright. There seem to be good people there. They're friendly, nice, and polite. The storage fee is reasonable. It was something I had to do and they were very close. So far it's been okay; I haven't had any problems. more
