Worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes for our drinks. I was finally getting up to get them myself when the waiter finally came by and I was able to ask for our drinks. \r

My sister ordered a burger and made a point of stating that she wanted it cooked all the through and did not want any pink in the middle of the burger. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich.\r

After another 20-25 minute wait the food finally came. I could understand if the place was busy but it was not.\r

After being served, I noticed that he did not bring any napkins or silverware. We had to ask for them.\r

My sister cut her burger in half to make it easier to eat. The burger was very pink in the middle and my pulled pork was not pulled pork. It was more like cubed pork. It was very dry and everything was cold. \r

My sister had her plate at the edge of the table and hadn't eaten anything off of it. It was another 10 minutes before he came by to check to see if everything was OK.\r

He did offer to make a quick wrap for her but she told him we were now in a time crunch and we didn't have time to wait for food. Even after he was notified of our time situation, he did not return with the check. We waited as long as we could and I finally put 20.00 on the table and we walked out. I don't care if it was enough to cover our bill or not. \r

This was my second time dining there. My first experience was just as bad but was told that it was a fluke. I thought I would give them a second chance. I was wrong and I will Never eat there again.
