My daughter booked one of their party buses (it was literally a converted school bus painted black) to take them to their senior prom in Connecticut. She did it all on her own. This ""thing"" showed up to take 30 kids, and they left. We get a call from my daughter at 9:30 PM because the Conn DOT has impounded 2 of the ""buses"" that took 2 different groups from her school to the same prom. Turns out the buses are not legal to transport passengers. The CT DOT said that they violated state and federal laws, and their drivers are not licensed in Conn either. Now we have to drive an hour away and pick up our kids because they have no way home. This was on a Friday night. No one from this company answered the phone until Monday afternoon. Thankfully we paid by credit card. The other group paid with cash. They were offered 50% off of their next booking with them.......We were offered half of our money back because we put in a dispute with the credit card co.... Bottom line.....DO NOT USE THEM. Walk to your event if you have to!!!
