This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Do yourself a favor and save your self aggravation. They will ruin your night or event. \r \r My daughter booked one of their party buses (it was literally a converted school bus painted black) to take them to their senior prom in Connecticut. She did it all on her own. This ""thing"" showed up to take 30 kids, and they left. We get a call from my daughter at 9:30 PM because the Conn DOT has impounded 2 of the ""buses"" that took 2 different groups from her school to the same prom. Turns out the buses are not legal to transport passengers. The CT DOT said that they violated state and federal laws, and their drivers are not licensed in Conn either. Now we have to drive an hour away and pick up our kids because they have no way home. This was on a Friday night. No one from this company answered the phone until Monday afternoon. Thankfully we paid by credit card. The other group paid with cash. They were offered 50% off of their next booking with them.......We were offered half of our money back because we put in a dispute with the credit card co.... Bottom line.....DO NOT USE THEM. Walk to your event if you have to!!! more

AVOID THIS COMPANY! My daughter wanted to book the party limo for a surprise bday party for her fiance. First, they told her the limo advertised for 8-12 people would only hold 12 ""tiny girls who weigh under 100 pounds"", and the only other vehicle they had was a 30 person party bus for another $300. I called and lo and behold they ""found"" a 14 person limo for another $100. Had to fight tooth & nail to get the party limo she wanted, but we got it after a call to the CEO. Driver was to come at 9:00 & call my daughter when he arrived. She would come out when all guests were in the limo. Instead he showed up at 7:30, rang the doorbell. Fiance opened the door. Surprise was totally blown. My daughter was very upset after everyone kept this secret for weeks and the driver blew it because he was not told it was a surprise. He had to wait an hour & a half in front of the condo for the guests who weren't coming until 9:00. Then the limo got hit. They had to cool their heels for an hour in the limo to get it all straightened out with the police as plate number kept coming up wrong. We were offered 30% off next rental, like that was going to happen. We are planning my daughter's wedding. Guess who we WON'T be calling. more

WORST NIGHT EVER! DO NOT USE! 5/8/2012

DO NOT USE!! THIS BUSINESS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! The car arrived on time but did not even come close to fitting the amount of people we were promised. There were 4 people standing outside the car and it was already STACKED full so we had to all pile on top of each other and drive with the limo to the warehouse to get in a bigger car. Sounds like a good deal but we were over an hour late for our event because of this AND THEN on the way back this car broke down 10 minutes from the location!! Men from our party had to physically get out and PUSH The car to the side of the road. Then, we waited over 2 hours at 1 in the morning for another car to pick us up. Not only that, but the power was out the whole time so no lights, no music, not even flashers.. making for an extremely dangerous situation!! FINALLY another car came for us and it was the small car that we had started with! Then it took us another 3 hours to get home so we didn't return until almost 6 AM when we were supposed to return at 2 AM. WORST NIGHT EVER! Then the company did not return any phone calls for almost a week and when they finally answered they were very rude and refused to refund us the money because apparently they had ""gotten us back"" and given us the ""free upgrade"". I REPEAT- DO NOT USE. more

Beware of the black mini bus 4/20/2011

I warned my buddy of this company before he booked. He ordered a 40 passenger bus real cheap to go to NY. He called several times to confirm everything was good because we were told before hand that we were gonna wind up with a black mini school bus. The day of our event, guess what showed up! The most ugliest black mini bus you have ever seen! Half of us were so embarrased!!!!!!!!!! We had to squeze into it all the way to f''n New York. \r \r I need a limo for a night out in 4 weeks. I know one company I am not calling!\r \r The black mini bus is a curse! Buyer Beware! more
