This is the worst experience I have ever had at a medical doctor. I was pregnant with my first child and thought I wanted a small practice so I would know everyone. This was a mistake. \r

When I called, it was rare that anyone answered the phone; often you had to wait 24-48 hrs for a call back. \r

I was sent out for sonogram and even the hospital couldn't reach the office to request that the order be completed correctly....an hour later when they finally reached the office, it was suggested that the hospital admitting staff change the order themselves (very illegal). When the hospital refused, it took 30 more minutes to get a correct sonogram order. \r

I was billed incorrectly on many visits. \r

The front office staff was very rude and unprofessional. \r

The final straw came when I arrived 10 minutes early for a 4:00pm appointment and I was told the Dr. had left because I was late. They tried to tell me my appointment was at 3:45 even though I had the automated confirmation still saved on my phone and in my email. Even after being caught in the lie, the office manager refused to give me my medical records that day. I had to wait over a 2 weeks for them to be sent to another office. At 32 weeks pregnant this was a big concern. \r

Upon reading other review sites I see I am not the first person to experience this problem. Apperantly this is a tactic they have used in the past- try to make the pt. feel as though it is their fault the Dr. chose to leave without seeing all her patients. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
