Your staffs are AWFUL, particularly the Spanish woman worked at the insurance desk named ""Africa?"" is extremely mean, rude and irresponsible and likes abusing her little power and very counterproductive. The way she communicates with patients are really annoying and makes any normal patients really want to shut her up. I don't understand, why would you create troubles for your customers, unless you really hate your job. She needs to be fired before her style affecting other girls in the team. The one good is Patty, the manager. She is warm and helpful. Unfortunately she is not around all the time. Without her there, the service becomes horrendous. The rest of the staff team needs to be trained as well. When I called in, they always communicated half information and misled patients. Like me I had to go back and forth and multiple phone calls to deal a small thing which only needs 5 minutes to resolve. So difficult to have them be even a bit patient-friendly and efficient. Broken operation and Really Sad!!!\r

Good bye, doctor! I will NEVER visit again in my life time! I HATE the experience so much that I want to tell the world to avoid this Dr. office as possible as they can. But to be fair I feel I should tell you about that first.
