I have been a customer for about 11 years with Merle Norman of Brentwood.\r

Recently I have had several bad experiences with both the owner and the employees....\r
When you walk into the store, the owner and staff seem to have an attitude of being frustrated that you are even there. The owner especially has a negative attitude and will not even smile at you! She can easily cause you to feel like you should have never walked in her store!! I thought they were in the business of sales???\r

Also, they constantly change their prices. They go up on the price of products without any price tags or display showing the price. Basically, they will sell you product with the price of the day!!\r

And, if you have to return an item from a huge allergic reaction to a Merle Norman product, forget it! I had this happen with a lotion and they would not take it back. Merle Norman products have been around for years, and I am surprised that they do not back their products.\r

So, think twice before doing business here. There are other Merle Norman stores in the area. May be best to try one of them.\r
