I will agree with what everyone else has written. Rude and heartless. They don't even want you to verify that the bill exists, just give them money over the phone. I am double covered and I believe the hospital made the mistake, they don't care, just give them money. My daughter had to deal with a different company for another reason and they were so nice and easy to talk to and we got things resolved. You cannot reason with people that have no soul.
