Do not take your TV to this place. They had my TV for 5 weeks and told me it would be more expensive to fix my $2000 + Plasma TV than it was worth. It was very hard to communicate with them and I had to basically go in and demand an explanation. They offered to refund my $35 and scrape my TV for me...this is where things went really wrong.\r
I refused and took my TV but called Precision TV out of PDX. They came to my house for a $95 service charge and told me there was a bad board and they fixed it for $330.00 and wrapped the service money in so the $330.00 was the grand total and it took a total of 2 weeks.\r
I found that DT TV also sells refurbished TV's and now I believe they take the TV's they offer to scrape and sell them after they fix them for cheaper than they tell their customers.\r
