Deplorable driver yelled at a Deaf passenger when she gestured that she was Deaf and for not being able to understand his thick accent. Furthermore he would not let her pay with her credit card. Because she was not allowed to use a credit card and because she flagged down the cab there are NO RECORDS of her ride.\r

If you ever forget anything in a cab belonging to this company FORGET about getting it back. Their lost and return department does not answer their phone 98% of the time when they claim to be open and DOES NOT RETURN CALLS. Also, their complaints department has not answered their phone once and I have called over 15 times during the course of the day. To make it worse they have no voice-mail system setup on their complaints line so you can not even left a message to voice your concerns/complaints. They accept no liability for their drivers and have left me with a VERY BAD experience.
