My recent experience with Bill, your technician, was most pleasurable. It was a nice as it could be while you are spending $482.24 trying to fix a cesspool. Bill was clean and neat as he entered my house and even after giving us the news that we need a new cesspool the visit remained pleasant. He drew up some paperwork for us letting us know exactly what was needed and what was going to happen. If all goes according to Bill after the job is completed then we, my husband and myself, will be very happy. Bill got us started by calling for the cesspool to be pumped, which was done the next day. The money that a new cesspool will cost is alot on a family on a fixed income, but at least it was a pleasant experience.
