We have been tenants in a property run by S and L for four years in Murrieta. When we first required about a place we were a bit skeptical because we have had some less than desirable situations in the past regarding property managers. However, they were very upfront and to the point which made us relax a little bit. Once we were approved and finally moved in we were cautiously optimistic that they would be as professional as they had been during the application process. They have met each issue with straight forward responses and quick response times. Not only do they respond within 24 hours of contact, but his crew keeps us abreast of what is being done. They also answered all of the questions that I emailed them when I first moved in about various issues. We cannot stress how much this is appreciated. It’s good to know we have a mutual respect for each other. Great work so far.
