A disgrace to customer service. Paid by the warranty company to evaluate our refrigerator that had caught fire. When asked for a guarantee that the unit would not catch fire again, Eric Leech insisted that there never had been a fire. Terribly discourteous and condescending. A classic example of a ""I don't care what you think, you're just a dumb customer"" mentality. Steer clear of these people if you need any kind of repair service.
