I needed my refrigerator repaired and called Bill Leech because he's in my neighborhood. He spent ten minutes and said it needed freon and it wasn't worth fixing. I was not surprised by this but was surprised by an $80.00 charge which he reduced to $70.00 when I said I lived only three minutes away. This is an excessive charge and will never use him again. more

A disgrace to customer service. Paid by the warranty company to evaluate our refrigerator that had caught fire. When asked for a guarantee that the unit would not catch fire again, Eric Leech insisted that there never had been a fire. Terribly discourteous and condescending. A classic example of a ""I don't care what you think, you're just a dumb customer"" mentality. Steer clear of these people if you need any kind of repair service. more

Customer Service is Dead 4/10/2013

We live 1.6 miles from Bill Leech and they charged us a $74 "travel fee", $56 for 8 minutes of labor and $25 for the part. \r I called to inquire about the charges as I thought they were outrageous and was treated with indifference. I let the man on the phone know I called them because I wanted to support a local company, but going forward, I clearly could not afford them. He said "ok". I will never call them again and I will defnitely advise my firends and family to stay away from that company as well. more

good personable service 7/25/2005

We had Bill Leech Repair Service come out and repair an appliance. It was still under warranty. It took forever to get the part (which wasn't Bill Leech's fault) to be able to fix it. They worked with the company as much as possible to get the part to fix the item. I would recommend using them. I am not sure of the prices because ours was still under warranty. more
