We had called ahead to look at a vehicle. My wife spoke with John McCarthy. As soon as we arrived at the dealership and looked at the car, John was on the scene showing us all the features. We both took it for a test drive. He has a professional, easy manner that put us at ease. This is very different from our experiences at other dealerships. He was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. We haggled for a while and also spoke with his floor manager- I don't recall his name, but he was a former Army Ranger. He was also very knowledgeable and professional. We reached an agreement and finalized with Nathan Post, who was also great to deal with. Overall, everyone we encountered was professional, polite, and knew what they were doing. There was no ""cheesiness"" like you see at some dealerships. I loved the high tech showroom. We were on the fence about what to buy, but John made it easy to decide that the Edge was the car for us. I wish I could duplicate the atmosphere at your dealership at my place of work. As a matter of fact, I'm going to start doing that. I will spread the word to others looking for an auto. Thanks!
