I had permanent crown done at this dental office in June 2013... Few weeks later I found big black hole in my tooth, while I was brusning my teeth. I went to see the dentist after a week; dental assistant Tiffany told me that this crown has issues, bad lab work and she recommended me to get another crown. I had been in pain and wasnt able to eat or drink anything after Dr. Baker put a permanemt crown on my tooth. Well, I didnt hear anything back from actual ""doctor"" about how he will be fixing my crown and I am VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!
