Best dentist office EVER! You have to go try it for yourself!\r Anyone who writes anything bad about this office probably didn't pay their bill or something, cuz there is absolutely nothing bad about this place! more

Valley Dental Spa is AWESOME! \r \r I have always had excellent customer service. Everyone has always been friendly, courteous and helpful (NEVER RUDE!!) Dr Baker is very professional and very caring. I love the relaxing atmosphere during my visit (especially since the dental office is not my favorite place to be!) I think the parafin and hand massage is amazing! Reading the other reviews I cant imagine Julia K's comments. They have always returned my calls in a timely manner, and the doctor has even made a call to me after working hours to check on me! I have referred my friends and family!!! more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! RUDE ANA UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER CONNIE!!!! VERY UNCARING DENTIST!!!!\r \r I had permanent crown done at this dental office in June 2013... Few weeks later I found big black hole in my tooth, while I was brusning my teeth. I went to see the dentist after a week; dental assistant Tiffany told me that this crown has issues, bad lab work and she recommended me to get another crown. I had been in pain and wasnt able to eat or drink anything after Dr. Baker put a permanemt crown on my tooth. Well, I didnt hear anything back from actual ""doctor"" about how he will be fixing my crown and I am VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!! more

I can't imagine anyone not thinking the front desk person CC is awesome, or having any complaints about this place...the whole staff is amazing and the quality of work done on my mouth was painless and great! I will never go anywhere else. more

My husband was a patient of Dr. Valley before ""the spa"" years and always received the best care. When additional focus on relaxation and pampering came onto the scene it just took dental care to a whole new, wonderful level! Valley Dental Spa has an intelligent staff and they make you feel at home. It's even better then home because you can get a paraffin hand dip and an arm massage...that certainly isn't going on at my house! :) I also don't have one of those wonderful massage chairs like they have in their waiting room either. I try to get there early just so I can sit in it for awhile before my cleaning! Another perk for those anxious about being in a dentist office is you can pick something to watch on t.v. while your teeth are getting worked on. That certainly can help take your mind somewhere else. Have kids? No worries. They approach those initial, first visits with ease and zero pressure on the child (and you!). I remember being told if the hygentist only gets as far as counting their teeth and that's it for the first time, we're doing good! We have two young daughters and they LOVE going to the dentist. They start planning the day before what movie they are going to watch! And the ""no cavity club"" for children is brilliant. My kids strive to keep their teeth clean inbetween visits with the hope they are the winner that's chosen at the end of the month. Pros: Friendly, Knowledgable, Massages - need I say more?! Cons: None! more

I loved that they offered paraffin for your hands and warm neck rolls, etc. However, when you have to wait 30 minutes after your cleaning, for the dentist to say ""everything is good"" NOTHING CAN RELAX YOU. Also the neck rolls have a ""body odor"" to them. I also saw them slip the booties off of one person's foot then offer them to me. Tthey schedule me to have 2 fillings done. When I got there they numbed one side and left me in the room for 1/2 hour to wait. When they came back in I reminded them that they were supposed to do 2, they left again. Twenty mins later they told me they could only do one. Again, I reminded them that only one was bothering me, the other was a beginning cavity so if we're doing only one I'd like the worse of the two filled. Of course that was on the other side so they had to numb me all over again! I am a person with dentist anxiety. Other than putting parafin on my hands and giving my hands a massage they've done nothing to alleviate my Dentist tension, only aggravate it! Pros: Offer several services to relax you. Cons: The ""relaxing services"" are unsanitary; Very long wait times more

We have been clients of valley Dental for over 9 years and they are the absolute best. We are moving out of state and absolutely hate the idea of having to find a new dentist. No one can even come close. Thanks Marty and Dawn for everything you have done for us!! more

I love how special they make you feel with their massages, hand dips, asking if you would like to watch a movie or listen to relaxing music. Our boys love to go to the dentist too! THey even send you home with a goody bag. Pros: I look forward to going to the dentist for weeks! Cons: NON more

I absolutely LOVE coming to this dental office. I actually look forward to my appointments. In the waiting area, there are several magazines and photo albums to choose from. You then select a chair, couch, or massage chair near a fireplace to sit in. You relax until your name is called (which is never long enough, in my opinion!!) and then the real fun begins...you dip your hands into parafin wax and are given warm mitts to wear. You are then given the option of having a warm neck roll and selecting a dvd to enjoy during your service. They have several new movies as well as tv series such as Friends, Seinfeld, King of Queens, etc. During your cleaning or whatever service you are there for, one of the massage therapists will come in and give you a hand and arm massage. VERY NICE!!! The dentists, hygenists, and office staff are all WONDERFUL at this office. I recommend them to everyone I know!! Pros: Hand and arm massage, paraffin hand dip, VERY friendly staff more

Valley Dental Day Spa: The staff is wonderful, you get hand massages while in the chair, they will play a movie or music for you - it's crazy! I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. PROS: Free massages, a fun staff, and they'll even feed you! :) CONS: more
