Kevin (the owner) is about as intelligent as a pet rock. Bringing an expensive TV to him to be repaired would not be a good idea in my opinion. I have two friends that EACH had a bad experience. One friend brought in the TV, he diagnosed the problem incorrectly and charged him $225 dollars. When he got the set home, it still was not working correctly. He called Kevin (the owner) and stated that he was bringing it back. Leader TV told him that there would be additional charges. \r

How can there be additional charges for something that was not fixed correctly the first time around. \r

There are many businesses in Rochester that repair TV's. I recommend anyone BUT Leader TV.
