My husband and I used Mandarin Self Storage of San Jose for a month. It was a really good experience. We loved the customer service. Everyone was personable and nice. The only thing that bothered us was that our unit would get water in it, which we noticed when we came to check on the unit. It was just a little bit, so we didn't say anything at the time, but by the time we were ready to move out of the unit, the water had worsened. One of our coats by the door was full of water. Other than this, it was a good experience.
