At Mandarin Mini Storage, all of the staff were kind and beautiful people. The facility was nice and clean. There was no real debris or anything when I moved in. When we first looked at a unit, there were some leaves in there. They went right ahead and grabbed a blower to clear them out. I also liked that I was offered a discount after being there for a bit. more

Quick and easy, and I would do it again! 9/20/2013

We rent a storage unit at Mandarin Mini Storage for our business. I visited the facility to rent additional units. The whole process went very smoothly. I was in and out of there. The staff was very friendly and professional. They prepared everything prior to my arrival. They showed the units to other potential renters and me. I found the units to be clean and the security good. It was fine experience. I would definitely use them again. more

Mandarin is pretty good. 8/22/2013

They are very accommodating at Mandarin Self Storage. Arthur and the check person are really nice. I like the concrete block walls versus the aluminum ones because they stay cooler. I am displeased with seeing bugs in one of my units, though. more

Loved the customer service, good experience 8/16/2013

My husband and I used Mandarin Self Storage of San Jose for a month. It was a really good experience. We loved the customer service. Everyone was personable and nice. The only thing that bothered us was that our unit would get water in it, which we noticed when we came to check on the unit. It was just a little bit, so we didn't say anything at the time, but by the time we were ready to move out of the unit, the water had worsened. One of our coats by the door was full of water. Other than this, it was a good experience. more

Doubled the price on me in the last year. 8/14/2013

I really haven't liked Mandarin Self Storage in the last year. I was paying $22.50 at first for the unit, which I know was cheap, but now they've gone up double on the price. I don't like that I'm paying $40 for the exact same unit now. more

I've been with Mandarin Self Storage of San Jose for a couple of months now. There's nothing really special about it, but it's definitely affordable and close to my house. more
