I have been a customer for over 20 years and very happy with the service. I recently made changes to my phone provider which proved to be incompatible with my alarm setup. The people at American Alarm responded to with what I needed to do to upgrade my system before I was even aware of the problem. They went above and beyond to secure my home and family quickly.
