Very professional "sales pitch" was given with estimate, however what followed seemed to be typical of the construction industry - poor communications, delays in work and cost increases. Work was completed as per contract and appears to have fixed original roof leak which is good, but feel the price was on the high side and took a long time to complete. With time (per day) and materials contract it's hard to justify paying for a days labor ($85/hr x 10hrs=$850) when the workers were on site 5-6 hrs each day. The extra time each day was attributed to travel and getting materials. Had to wait two months for first start date due to backlog then had several more delays due to "I'd like to wait until next week to start the job" and "I forgot I had to go to court today"
