Just had an A/C installed and I want to say how pleased I am with the service and professionalism of Action's employees. Tim and Jason showed up on time, were well mannered and neat and made the whole experience pleasant. Worked hard and left my home spotless.
The bad news was there was something wrong with the existing blower so they couldn't get the unit up and running. By the end of the day, I was able to schedule a service call for the next day.
Bill came out and what a pro. As we were discussing the issue, he was able to diagnose the problem without even seeing anything. Sure enough, he was right, replaced the bad part and got the unit charged up and running and I now have A/C for those hot summer days.
I don't usually rate products or services but these folks are great and I highly recommend them.
