Mike Miller and staff are great people, but service dep't needs better training and quality standards. I took the car in for wheel balance and rotation and happened to walk in the door to the service dept to see the tech putting the wheels back on and tightening the lug nuts with a impact gun only. NO torque wrench or torque sticks or any other means to verify proper install. Come on guys, even Wally world guys torque them. This is a reflection on the service manager and his professionalism. more
